DELPHI, Indiana – Delphi murders suspect Richard Allen has been arrested for the murders in 2017 of eighth-graders Abby Williams 13 and Libby German, 14.The case knowing as Delphi muders. Indiana State Police Chief Doug Carter announced Monday at a news conference.

Delphi murders suspected allen 50, has lived in his Delphi, Indiana, home since at least 2011. According to people, Allen formerly worked at CVS Pharmacy, 505 West Main Street. Allen has no criminal record, according to Indiana court records.
