Voice of Batman, Kavin Conroy dies aged 66

Actor Kevin Conroy has died at the age of 66 in New York City’s Mount Sinai Hospital, Warner Bros. said. Conroy died after a battle with cancer, he announced Friday.

Kavin conroy was a American actore born November 30, 1955Westbury, New York, United States.

He first played Bruce Wayne 30 years ago in Batman: The Animated Series.

Conroy was the voice of Batman on the acclaimed animated series that ran from 1992-1996.

He continued his voice in other Batman animated series, including 15 films, 400 episodes of television and video games.

No one in Batman’s history of eight-decade has played The Dark Knight more.

Warner Bros. Animation stated that Conroy’s performance “will always stand out among the greatest depictions of the Dark Knight in any medium”.

Kavin conroy was gay. earlier this year, Conroy wrote a deeply personal story “Finding Batman” for the comics anthology DC Pride 2022, a story that recounted his life and experiences as a gay man. It received critical acclaim upon release.

He was married to Vaughn C. Williams at the time of his death.
